This exciting project encompassed all aspects of creative design, from conception of event’s branding and style decoration to stage screens video production. Our task extended to coordination of entertainment, ceremony, and technical setup.
The glittering 2019 gala awards ceremony, which took place in the splendid surrounds of the Kremlin State Palace, was attended by more than 350 distinguished guests, including top sporting legends, National Federations, FEI partners and stakeholders.
The chosen theme for 2019 edition was the 'Roaring Twenties' – a time characterized by a mood of optimism and celebration. We combined a horseshoe shape with recognisable themed graphics.
We modeled the floor plan, designed individual decorative and sponsor print assets, selected fitting entertainment acts and musicians, and coordinated the execution on-site.
LED screen content is an integral part of any modern event. We produced customised motion graphics, synchronised with each segment of the Gala, from the 3D effects for the opening to the announcement of the winners.
The 2021 edition of the FEI Awards Gala posed the challenge of converting a black box venue into a cultural representation of the host city Antwerp, Belgium. So we turned the space into a Street Café, capturing the cherished aspects of the city. This included setting up a waffle stand, a postal corner, featuring a street artist, and incorporating quintessential exterior deco like the iconic street lamps.
We had the fortune of collaborating with a seasoned local DMC agency and a highly recommended Audio-Visual production company, who supported the on-site implementation of the designs and managed the technical aspects.
